I did these exactly the same as paper lumens only i did them on 4x5 sheets of film the exposures was some between 1 and 2 hours.  then fixed in the paper fix and hypo clear and washed.  there is a short article on the alternative photography website too http://www.alternativephotography.com/wp/processes/lumen/lumen-negatives
